Well-March is almost here and winter has not been too bad. I think we got off kind of easy-not a lot of snow, warmer days here and there and Spring is around the corner already! Plus, baseball season starts soon for my son-so I am pumped! Love watching him play...
I wanted to share a layout I created for my album using the new Tales of You and Me collection by Frankie! He designs the loveliest papers and this particular collection has been a huge hit in the scrappy world.
This collection has vintage imagery, with soft pinks and warm hues matched with cool plum tones-it's really beautiful. So, I decided to make a layout about Lili Wren when she was just a new babe in the world...
I love that there are some backgrounds with just a subtle pattern so that I can customize with art mediums, patterns from stencils and also add as many embellies as I wish without it being too busy.
As you can see-there are many ways to add additional color, texture and fun little surprises (stamped little hearts and bees) to make this project one-of-a-kind. And I am in love with the new boxed flowers from Prima, with the touch of rose gold on the petals.
This project will be a class at Auntie Em's in Cornwall, Ontario Canada this April. I am awaiting more details from the store before I can officially post-which I will do soon, along with the other classes I am teaching that weekend. So stay tuned!
Thanks for stopping by!
